Overview of your hospital cover
Cover for any in-hospital and certain high cost treatments and care must be confirmed by the Society before you undergo treatment.
For all planned procedures or treatment, you must call us at least 48 hours before you are planning to undergo medical care.
Please note if you do not pre-authorise you will be responsible for the payment of your accounts.
Where authorisation is not obtained, benefits are payable subject to a R5 000 deductible which will be your liability.
